Move it or Lose it! exercise classes are for the over 55s who want to be fit for life.
The exercises improve strength, tone and mobility, are fun and routines are easy to follow. Our instructor, Tanya, offers a varied and different programme every week.
The class meets every Wednesday from 2-3pm at the Church. The first session attended is FREE, after that it is £3.50 for each session. We are a friendly group so do come along. It's not too strenuous and you can even do the exercises sitting down!
